TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HIS WIFE WHO OWNS A 2012 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HIS WIFE WAS DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE LOSS MOTIVE POWER AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 69,000.
