Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Lincoln MKC. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle, it was discovered while driving 35 MPH, that the steering wheel would stiffen and become difficult to turn in either direction. Additionally, while making a left turn there was a cracking sound coming from the steering column. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 122,000.
