Consumer Description

MY 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA STARTED LEAKING OIL AT 69000 MILES . I NOTIFIED CHRYSLER AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A CHRYSLER DEALER AND THEY WILL CHECK IT OUT , THEY DID, AND FOUND THE ENGINE OIL COOLER LEAKING OIL.THIS IS A VERY BIG SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE THE ENGINE CAN RUN OUT OF OIL AND SEIZE UP AN EXPRESSWAY DRIVING 65 MPH AND CAUSE DEATH OR OTHER SERIOUS INJURY. NO VEHICLE SHOULD EVERY LEAK OIL AT ONLY 69000 MILES, THIS IS A SAFETY DEFECT AND ALL 3.6 CHRYSLER ENGINE SHOULD BE RECALLED. I HAD TO PAY 969.00 TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM. SINCERELY, [XXX] INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
