Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V813000 (Electrical System) and 17V572000 (Service Brakes, Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were unavailable. The contact called the local dealer and it was confirmed that parts were not available. The contact was placed on the waiting list. The contact stated the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
