Consumer Description

Safety Issue - A matter of life or death Many times since I’ve owned the Model 3 in late 2018, I have repeatedly contacted the service representatives about the A/C vent blasting out hot air over 90 degrees. I was told a software update will fix the issue. However, many software updates have taken place, it is not fixed. This now looks like a physical issue with the design flaw. This needs to be fixed. It can mean life or death for my family and my dog sitting in the back seats. This issue can be reproduced when I drive the Tesla over a long distance over an hour.
