The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, an abnormal moaning sound was present coming from the steering wheel while turning in either direction. The steering wheel had become stiff while turning. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not yet notified.
