The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, he noticed that the dashboard had air bubbles and was sticky. Additionally, there was a reflection from the sunlight on the dashboard onto the windshield which limited the driver’s visibility while driving.
