NHTSA Complaint #11438903 — 2011 CADILLAC SRX

The contact owns a 2011 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension). The contact stated that after receiving the vehicle back from the dealer after the recall repair, an abnormal noise was heard, and the vehicle would not accelerate and then stalled. The contact noticed there was red fluid leaking on the ground. The vehicle was taken to another dealer and the dealer put the vehicle on the lift and there was a leak coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 285,000.
