Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that while attempting to shift gear, the gear shifter was inoperable. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed that the gear shifter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
