Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked and running, the gear shifter was stuck and would not shift into drive. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and the mechanic reset the computer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000. The VIN was unavailable.
