NHTSA Complaint #11434144 — 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA

1.What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The power steering wheel and YES 2.How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? I have to drive with alert the whole time because I will not know when the steering wheel will stop working and if it stop working while taking corner or I have to turn the wheel very fast I wont be able to do so.which might cause an accident to me or hit other people. 3.Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? we took it to one place but they wont be able to identify it because it happens randomly. and we drop it at the dealership to check it but it has been 2 days since I dropped off but they did not do the inspection yet. 4.Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? No 5.Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? The power steering wheel warning light will come up randomly while driving slow, fast or start and stay at the same place but it will not show up right away when you first start. It first appear around a month ago.
