2006 JEEP LIBERTY. CONSUMER IS SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPAIRS MADE RELATED TO NHTSA SAFETY RECALL 18V-278. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER DECLINED TO REIMBURSE THE COST OF REPAIRS DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING OUT OF WARRANTY AND CREDIT CARD NOTICE NOT BEING SUBMITTED. *JS
