Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while moving the middle driver’s side air condition vent, the vehicle would suddenly shut off. The failure had occurred on multiple occasions. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 60,000.
