Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while the vehicle was shifted into reverse the rear-view camera failed to operate correctly and displayed a blue screen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the back over prevention camera was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 108,000
