NHTSA Complaint #11429916 — 2010 CADILLAC SRX

The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle or while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle made abnormal sounds when the road was wet. The stability track and tire pressure warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the dealer informed the contact that parts were not available for the recall repair. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that parts were available and referred the contact to tow the vehicle to the dealer. The failure mileage was unknown.
