The contact stated that the traction control and service stabilitrak warning messages were displayed on the instrument panel and the steering wheel became firm. The contact restarted the vehicle to resume normal driving operation. The contact then received a notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was not repaired.
