The contact called the local dealer who stated that the parts were not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and offered a loaner vehicle or a credit towards another vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 65,000. The VIN was incomplete.
