Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle made a loud squealing noise even after having an alignment performed. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000. VIN tool confirms parts are not available.
