Consumer Description

The Contact owns 2014 Cadillac CTS. The contact stated while driving approximately 40-50 mph, there was an abnormal sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the rear differential needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
