Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, the structure underneath the driver’s side collapsed and almost caused a collision. The contact felt the structure underneath the driver’s side was lower while turning. The contact attempted to contact the dealer, but the dealer was not answering calls. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 34,008.
