The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20V705000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was contacted and informed the contact that no parts were available for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, several unknown warning lights illuminated and there was no power to the window. The vehicle stalled and the contact’s husband was able to restart the vehicle and drive to an independent mechanic before the vehicle was towed to the residence. The dealer was contacted and informed the contact that the parts were not yet available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that the remedy was not yet available. The failure mileage was approximate 140,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
