Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Subaru Legacy. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 mph, the front windshield cracked without warning or impact. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer to be inspected. The contact was informed that the failure was due to a rock chip. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 27,482.
