Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that after placing the vehicle into reverse and reversing out of the parking spot, she became aware that the rear-view camera image was not working and was showing a blank screen. A message appeared on the screen suggesting to please contact the manufacturer. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 79,488.
