Consumer Description

The contact's daughter owns a 2013 Honda Accord. The contact stated her daughter was attempting to start the vehicle however, it was approximately five minutes before the vehicle started. The contact stated her daughter was not aware if there were any warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 117,000.
