TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DEPRESSING THE PUSH TO START BUTTON, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND AN ABNORMAL GRINDING NOISE WAS HEARD. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
