The contact received a letter from the manufacturer to schedule a recall repair for NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V813000 (Electrical System) however, the contact was informed by the dealer that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving between 35 to 50 mph, the vehicle stalled with several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact continued driving the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and it was confirmed that the failure was linked to the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA. The failure mileage was unknown. Parts distribution disconnect.
