Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Ford Focus. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the power steering malfunctioned causing the steering wheel to become difficult to turn in either direction. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure however, no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 30,000.
