Consumer Description

The front seat rocked so bad I had to hang on to the steering wheel when braking and turning. Again, a huge safety issue. After arguing with Nissan that this was a safety issue they replaced the frame under the drivers side seat and I paid a $100.00 deductible. They said my extended warranty did not cover it, I really had to fight to get help on this. Safety issues should be covered no matter what, it's their fault. There's all kinds of complaints about this online. I should have complained a year ago to you but was unaware of the NHTSA. Sorry, I don't have documentation.
