Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac CTS. The contact stated that the rear differential was making a loud grinding sound. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was diagnosed and the contact was informed that the rear differential needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
