Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND UNATTENDED, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL POPPING SOUND DETECTED. THE CONTACT'S NEIGHBOR NOTICED THAT THE REAR WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED, WITHOUT IMPACT. THE CONTACT CALLED WALSER TOYOTA (4401 AMERICAN BLVD W, BLOOMINGTON, MN 55437, (612) 294-0220) AND WAS REFERRED TO A GLASS COMPANY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 46,500.
