TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 SUBARU FORESTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL FRACTURES ON THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED WITH A GLASS REPAIR FACILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT LEARNED OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT RELATED TO THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,000.
