VEHICLE STALLED DURING HIGHWAY DRIVING. FAILED TO RESTART. TOWED TO A DEALERSHIP. DIAGNOSTIC SHOWED BOTH TURBOCHARGERS NEED REPLACEMENT DUE TO OIL STARVATION CAUSED BY A DESIGN FLAW.
