Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED BACK AND FORTH. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE PADS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
