Consumer Description
THE STEERING COLUMN MAKES A VERY LOUD CLUNKING NOISE WHENEVER YOU GO OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD, LIKE SOMETHING IS LOOSE. THE WHEEL IS SOMETIMES HARD TO TURN. SMELL OF RUBBER AND BULBS HAVE TO BE CONTINOUSLY REPLACED. IT SEEMS THE HOUSING HAS MELTED
