AFTER AN OIL CHANGE, OIL COMPLETELY DRAINED FROM ENGINE. NO VISIBLE LEAK FROM OIL PAN PLUG OR OIL FILTER.*DT THE CONSUMER STATED THE FAILURE WAS DETERMINED TO BE AN UNTIGHTENED OIL FILTER.
