Consumer Description

THIS HAS BEEN AN OPEN RECALL FOR YEARS AND SANDY SANSING CHEVY IN PENSACOLA FLORIDA HAS CONTINUED TO SAY THEY CAN'T FIX IT. WITH THE UPDATE TO THE RECALL INFORMATION IN EARLY FEBRUARY I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY STATED THEY ORDERED THE PART BUT IT'S BACK ORDERED FOR TWO WEEKS. IT'S BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS AND NOW THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY CALL. I WANT MY TRUCK FIXED OR I WANT IT PURCHASED BACK. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE TO RIDE IN MY FRONT SEAT.
