MICROPHONE NOT WORKING, CAUSES ME TO USE MY CELLPHONE, CAUSING DISTRACTED DRIVING. TO ANSWER A CALL I HAVE TO UNPLUG THE PHONE AND STOP TO MAKE A CALL. CANNOT CONTACT THE TOYOTA COLLISION CENTER.
