THIS WAS ISSUED A FULL RECALL BY NHSTA. THE VENDOR, TESLA INDICTED ONLY A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE A CHIP REPLACEMENT WAS AVAILABLE. TO DATE NO REPAIR HAS BEEN MADE AND THE VENDOR IS NON RESPONSIVE. YOUR HELP NEED TO EFFECT THIS RECALL
