Consumer Description

MY VEHICLE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW HAS STALLED OUT ON ME AND CAUSED IT TO GO IN TO LIMP MODE. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND I SEE THERE IS A RECALL AND NO FIX IS AVAILABLE BUT THE HYBRID SYSTEM SHUTS COMPLETELY DOWN WHEN IT DOES THIS AND I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME. IT WILL HAPPEN ANYWHERE I AM WHERE IT'S A BACK ROAD OR ON THE INTERSTATE.I FEEL THAT VOLKSWAGEN SHOULD TAKE BACK THIS VEH BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY SYSTEM. I FEEL VOLKSWAGEN SHOULD PAY MY LOAN OFF SO I CAN GET IN TO ANOTHER SAFER VEHICLE.
