VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY. TRANSMISSION SHIFT CABLE BUSHING FELL OUT WHILE SHIFTING FROM PARK, TRANSMISSION IS STUCK IN PARK AND CANNOT SHIFT. FORD DEALERSHIP WILL NOT SELL THE PART.
