Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS LEAKING OIL UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT HAD THE OIL FILTER HOUSING REPLACED. RECENTLY WHILE DRIVING 28 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND PULLED TO SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO STEVENSON-HENDRICK TOYOTA JACKSONVILLE (3124 NEW BERN HWY, JACKSONVILLE, NC 28546) WHO DIAGNOSED THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT A ROD WENT THRU THE ENGINE CAUSING TO FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,000.
