CITYAUTOPARK DEALER LOCATED IN BURLINGTON,NJ, UNWILLING TO RESOLVE 2 SAFETY RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE. FOR A SEVERAL MONTH IGNORED MY REQUEST BASED ON UNAVAILABILITY OF NEEDED PARTS, MEANWHILE SENDING ME A POSTCARDS WITH URGENT SAFETY RECALLS.THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT CONCERNING PUBLIC SAFETY. RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE 1.BRAKES; 2.FUEL SYSTEM. I HOPE YOU WILL HELP ME TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH THIS IGNORENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU.
