Consumer Description
THE DEALER WOULD NOT INSPECT MY VEHICLE BECAUSE OF FRAME RUST. THE WHOLE FRAME HAS RUST OVER IT. THE PART THAT FAILED INSPECTION WAS THE END CAPS.
