TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE BRAKE PEDAL FAILED TO LOWER AS DESIGNED CAUSING THE BRAKING DISTANCE TO BE EXTENDED. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000
