Consumer Description

I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS AND KEPT UP ON THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND ONE DAY I DROVE IT TO THE STORE AND BACK HOME WENT TO GET BACK IN LATER ABOUT A HOUR OR SO NEVER STARTED AGAIN. SO I CALLED MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND HAD MY 2014 KIA FORTE TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY DETERMINED THE ENGINE HAD FAILED. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT.
