Consumer Description

MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING IN MOTION IN HER 2015 PATRIOT WHEN SIMULTANEOUSLY THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT, CHECK ENGINE AND TRACTION CONTROL ICONS ALL CAME ON. SUDDENLY THE CAR STARTED TO LOSE POWER AND JERKING SLOWLY BACK AND FORTH. SHE WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO A FIRESTONE AND THE SERVICE TECH SAID IT LOOKS LIKE FAILURE TO THE THROTTLE CONTROL. THIS SHOULD BE LOOKED AT CAREFULLY SINCE THE DRIVER LOSES CONTROL WITH NO POWER OF THE VEHICLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. MANY PEOPLE REPORT THIS SAME PROBLEM ON CARPROBLEMZOO.COM
