Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE PASSENGER DOOR LATCH FAILED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO LATCH THE DOOR MANUALLY AND THE DOOR ALSO FAILED TO LATCH WITH THE MASTER LATCH DOOR SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 161,250.
