Consumer Description

APPARENTLY BATTERY BEING DRAINED AND CAR WON'T START IN THE MORNING. SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR. HAD DIAGNOSTICS DONE. BATTERY REPLACED N MAY 2020, ALTERNATOR REPLACED IN NOVEMBER 2020. AAA ROAD REPAIR SAID BATTERY, ALTERNATOR & STARTER ALL WORKING FINE. ONLY 55,000 MILES ON 2013 ESCAPE SEL 4WD W/2.0L 14 GTDI ECOBOOST ENGINE. SHOULD HAVE A PARASITIC DRAW TEST? WAKE UP' ISSUES? SPOKE TO ONLINE TECHNICIAN TODAY.12/27/2020
