Consumer Description

MY JEEP IS 4 YEARS OLD AND HAS 55,000 MILES. I LEASED IT BRAND NEW AND HAVE BEEN THE ONLY DRIVER. IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE A/C IS HISSING AND NOT BLOWING COLD. I HAVE CONTACTED THE JEEP DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME SINCE IT IS OUT OF THE 36,000 MILE WARRANTY. I HAD IT DIAGNOSED AND IT SUPPOSEDLY HAS A LEAK IN THE CONDENSER AND ANOTHER HOSE.. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. THIS IS NOT NORMAL TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE MILES ARE SO LOW AND IT HAS BEEN CARED FOR SO WELL. I BELIEVE IT IS DUE TO FAULTY MANUFACTURING OR PARTS.
