Consumer Description

PARKED MY CAR IN A REGULAR PARKING SPOT. AFTER 30 MINUTES, I RE-ENTER THE CAR AND WHEN I BACKED OUT, THE CAR HAD APPARENTLY LOWERED ITSELF ON THE CONCRETE PARKING BUMPER AND THE CAR DRAGGED THE CONCRETE BARRIER OUT AS WELL AND HEAVILY DAMAGED MY CAR'S FRONT ($6,600 WORTH OF REPAIRS). IMMEDIATELY DROVE TO TESLA SERVICE CENTER AND THEY ESTABLISHED THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SUSPENSION OR ANY OTHER PARTS. "WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO PARK OVER PARKING BUMPERS" I WAS TOLD BY THE TSC MANAGER. I FILED A COMPLAINT AND CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT WITH TESLA BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. A PARKED CAR SHOULD NOT MOVE. NOT FORWARD, NOT BACKWARD, NOT UP NOT DOWN.
